About Tree Of Life Jaagir Lodge Dudhwa
The Tree of Life Jaagir Lodge is a five star luxury accommodation in Dudhwa National Park. This lodge is comprised of 3 luxury suites, 3 luxury rooms and 6 luxury villas named Jhaalas. Every one of them has an attractive name and they are named after birds, animals and fauna present in the region. The luxury suites and luxury rooms are situated in the major building that was constructed in 1940s. However, the Luxury Villas which are popularly called as Jhaalas are situated across the whole property. So, you are sure to enjoy privacy and seclusion in the midst of Mother Nature.
3 Luxury Rooms:
These rooms are very spacious and roomy and are around 450 sq ft. These rooms boast separate living room spaces and bedroom. They are also featured with a well appointed and very large bathroom accompanied by running cold and hot water with all basic amenities. Every room comes with an open veranda which is a perfect place for sipping a cup of tea in the morning and evening.
3 Luxury Suites:
It is really a complete delight to stay in these Luxury Suites which are given name as the Governors Suite, the Jaagirdar Suite and The Viceroy Suites. These suites are also very spacious and roomy than the luxury rooms covering an area of 650sq.ft. Luxury Suites come with a dining area, a bedroom with an ornate wood beds and an individual living area that includes comfy sofa setting. Fire place and a lounger are also added to the exact sense of luxury and space. The bathrooms are very spaces and lit with antique cupboards and dressers made of teak woods. Every suite looks like a private terrace or courtyard.
6 Luxury Villas or Jhaalas:
They are exclusive to the region as their architectures boast a lofty thatched roof. The independent villas are spread across 800 sqft and so, you can definitely get an experience of dwelling in a large bungalow. Every villa comes with a private garden from where you can enjoy the stunning views of the park around. They also include stone or wood flooring and a large, well equipped bathroom along with a shower, bathtub, twin sinks, etc. You can even have a look at the forest right from the living room.
In order to ensure healthier and cleaner environment to the guests, all types of accommodations are confined as non smoking areas. Every type of accommodation comes with air conditioning (both cooling and heating) and double beds. However, we do not provide television facility, but those people who cannot sacrifice their desire to watch TV, can enjoy it at the television room.
Meal Plans:
We have meal plan that includes 5 meal services. You can enjoy having Chotta Haazri (tea) in the morning followed by a tasty breakfast. For lunch, we provide three course menu. In the evening, we serve you a cup of tea. For dinner we provide four course menu. However, we are not offering buffet but create every meal in a way that you can have different experience on tasting them. We serve the main meals at our Pavilion, which is a bright dining room that comes with delightful outdoor seating option. In fact, you can enjoy seeing Mango Grove.

The Library Bar:
This is a charming room that takes you to the early period. You will be surprised to look at the antique cabinets carved using dark teak woods, affluent rugs and tapestries, rich paneled walls, cracking fire place, interesting motifs, exotically framed pictures that reveal out the tale of Terai region, a huge compilation of books, antique arte facts and a wide range of wines, whiskeys and cognacs which are served with care and warmth.
The Verandah:
Right from the verandah, you can look the main lawn that entails big pine trees. It runs throughout the frontage of the buildings and is an idyllic place from where you can enjoy sipping a glass of tea and reading books both in the morning as well as evening time. Of course, we serve the tea in the verandah.
The Pavilion:
This is the dining room and we serve the main meals only in Pavilion. Though we provide you with the choices of seating indoor and outdoor, outdoor serving is highly recommended. We serve breakfast from 7.30 to 10.00hrs and lunch from 12.30 to 14.30 hours while the dinner is served from 19.00 to 21.30 hours. We also offer room service but along with as addition charge.
The Mango Grove and Pool:
Mango Grove offers a perfect setting for unwinds books on the charpoy laid out and also for evening fire. You can also spend some time with the fellow travelers besides having a drink. You can also enjoy spending some time in the fresh water swim pool whilst sighting the forest.
The Spa:
In order to facilitate our customers, we also provide spa treatments at our lodge. You can set yourself at the spa for some time whilst indulging in the superb wellness treatment. Our spa center includes a twenty feet high dome thatched using bamboo trees. We have experienced therapists you can soothe your body as well as mind with the blend of conventional Indian hospitality.

How To Reach The Resort?
As Lucknow is high connected with rail and train, it is the perfect gateway to get into the lodge. Tree of Life Jaagir Lodge is just 4.5 hrs or 250kms drive away from the Lucknow railway station or airport. We highly suggest you arriving Lucknow early in the morning so that we can reach our lodge before the lunch time. It is very convenient to reach our lodge from Nepal. In fact, Nepal is just 40 kilometers or 50 minutes drive away from the lodge. Yeti Air is operating a flight only in the afternoon that flies from Dhangadhi to Kathmandu. Of course, it is up to you to choose the route based on your conveniences. We serve you the best and provide excellent services during your stay at the Tree of Life Jaagir Lodge.
